RE: English - Most Common Grammar Mistakes
we in school now, site should be renamed to schoolDM instead of sampDM
hey teacher nice past tense and past participle for the verb GET
Casino Wrote:CORRECT: This isn't right, it has ( it's ) got ( get/get/got ) to be Reus!
That sentence wasn't right, it's gotta (get/got/gotten) be Casino with his budget English LUL
Overall, it's a nice basic grammar guide for people to understand, nicely done.

MFW YOU'RE NOT RELEVANT ANYMORE BUT STILL CHATTING SHIT

RE: English - Most Common Grammar Mistakes
Well, I googled it and turns out gotten is used in North American English commonly while rarely used in Britain English. Gotten usually implies the process of obtaining something, such as ' He's gotten our Dr.Strange movie ticket. ' while got implies the state of possession or ownership as in ' I don't got any money right now. '

I study Britain English, so I guess they are both acceptable but their usage is different. 'Got' is normally paired with have but 'gotten' is not, so this is another exception.

Thanks for the comments, guys and for the question by one of the student - NaCl! Give it up for him! Tongue

"Rubin doesn't know how to dance at all"
Well, Rubin_Kelsun you can't deny this one, can you? XD

Shoot for the moon,
Even if you miss you'll land among the stars
Where you will be forced to drift aimlessly farther into the empty abyss of space
Until you die into death's cold embrace
